I frequent BBQ places throughout the south and normally when you want good BBQ you find a Mom Pa place that has been in business for decades where all the locals go to eat. There you find the best BBQ. Chain BBQ places are normally average at best, BUT, Shanes Rib Shack is an exception. The BBQ pork was excellent. Cooked to perfection. No sauce needed. The pork beans were good as well. My wife had the Chicken Tenders lunch plate and she said it was very good and that the fried orka was excellent. Very friendly attentive service and the place was very clean. Surprises like this are nice! ”
